Who says we need a passport and a high budget to relax when there's Lambingan Hill in Cayumbay, Tanay Rizal.

Nature ❤️

After weekdays we all need a place where we can relax with a minimal amount of expense only.

🚩Lambingan Hill

Lambingan Hill is a family vacation house of Mang Cardo or Tatay Cardo.

Lambingan hill was a recently opened campground for people who want to get out of the city once in a while and experience a relaxing and nature-friendly place.

Campsite

🚩What can you do and find in Lambingan hill?

Aside from the romantic "Lambingan" of couples and partners in life. This place is also for family and friends. We've seen families who went there to just chill and to picnic; this place is also a PWD and Senior friendly since there's no long trekking just to get the place, you just have to trek for 15-20 minutes and then yay! you're there already. Pets are allowed and if you don't have food there's a store where they will cook for you. You can also ask for water just bring your own tumbler or cup but be aware that the water is coming from "bukal" or water source, but if your stomach is sensitive they have mineral bottle. It's also fine if you want to do bonfire and such, just don't forget to ask first

You can camp overnight or day tour some even stayed there for more than a day. Because believe us, the place is relaxing. If you want to camp overnight you can bring your own tent or try to ask if they have tent for rent; or you can just bring a hammock or "duyan".

The Celosia

What we loved the most is the swing and of course the fresh air. Yes! There are a lot of swing and also there's a tree where you can climb (with stairs but be careful 'cause it's made of woods) and chill and if you're afraid of heights don't worry, it's not that high.

🚩Important things to bring:

Always be a responsible camper

1. Flashlight (for overnight campers)

2. Off Lotion (for protection; overnight campers)

3. Jacket (we assure you that it can be really cold)

4. Hygiene kit

5. Umbrella (it's kinda drizzle just like in treasure mountain)

6. Blanket (for overnight campers)

7. Trash bag (always practice Leave No Trace principle)

📍How to get there:

From Cubao ride a jeep going to Cogeo Gate 2.

Drop off at Gate 2 and ask where is the jeep terminal for jeepneys going to Sampaloc. Be aware because there are tricycle driver who will try to fool you and get you to Sampaloc for 500 pesos.

From the Sampaloc terminal tell the driver to or the conductor to drop you off at Cayumbay. The land mark is Pico de Pino.

From there, ride a tricycle going to Lambingan Hill.

there are guides but if you want you can just follow the trail. The guide are not demanding, you can just give them any amount.

and believe me these cute dogs will sometimes be your guide.

We always believe that travelling is not an escape. It's building memories with your self and with your special ones. It's facing the reality calmly.
